Founder and President Ms. Jenny Ma believes in being more than an employment services provider – she believes in being a trusted partner and advisor to all of our customers. And, perhaps most importantly, she believes in accountability – for herself and for each member of her team.

A graduate of San Francisco State University with degrees in economics and labor studies, Ms. Ma has more than 12 years of personnel experience. She enjoys helping companies manage their human resource activities – giving them the opportunity to focus on building their businesses.

Co-founder and Vice President Mr. Tyrone Tan, a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley also has over 12 years of experience in staffing and recruiting. He is a California Accredited Consultant and is certified by California Staffing Professionals.

Mr. Tan excels at developing customer relationships for life because our Clients see that he truly thrives on learning as much as he can about their businesses and developing innovative ways to help improve them.
